A Little About Me

I’m a 39-year-old mom with a toddler on my hip, a grown son serving in the United States Marine Corps, and a first-responder husband who works long, unpredictable hours. I juggle a demanding workload, a home that never stops needing something, and a life that requires emotional strength, clear thinking, and resilience.
I didn’t always have this resilience.
There were years where everything felt heavy.
Where I woke up already tired.
Where my patience was thin, my mood was unpredictable, and the smallest thing could set off a spiral.
Where I was pouring into everyone else — my work, my family, my responsibilities — with nothing left for myself.
And the hardest part?
I thought that was normal and something must be wrong with me for feeling the way I did.
I thought exhaustion, irritability, brain fog, and emotional overload were just “part of being a busy mom.”
Traditional solutions weren’t helping. They felt like Band-Aids, not answers.
Everything shifted when I started learning about the gut–brain connection and realized my stress, mood, energy, and mental clarity weren’t character flaws — they were biological signals. That’s when I began supporting my system from the inside out with tools that actually made a difference.
I rebuilt my stability.
